Tuyo Health is a digital health platform that provides personalized health and wellness programs to help you achieve your health goals.
Tuyo Health is available to adults (between the ages of 18 to 75) that are living in or located within the states where we operate. After completing your medical intake and meeting with one of our licensed healthcare providers, we'll work together to determine what treatment is right for you.
Tuyo Health provides personalized plans to support long-term health. We prioritize our patients by addressing the root causes of health issues with a holistic approach. Our goal is to be your trusted partner in achieving well-being with transparency and excellence. The process is simple:
  1. Complete Your Medical Intake: Answer some questions about your medical history and provide us with laboratory results, photographs, and additional documentation when clinically relevant.(If needed, provide any necessary labs). You can also message with your provider via our HIPPA compliant messaging platform.
  2. Meet Your Provider: Schedule a telehealth appointment. In states where asynchronous telemedicine is permitted, a live video visit may not be required depending of the condition being treated and if it is clinically appropriate. Regardless of the telemedicine modality being used, we adhere to the same high standards of care and practice of medicine as if you had been seen in person by a provider.
  3. Start your journey toward better Health: If clinically appropriate, your provider will get you started on a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs. This treatment plan will be discussed with you and you will have an opportunity to ask questions about risks, benefits and alternatives to treatment.
After completing your medical intake, you can book your telehealth appointment at a time that suits you. During the consultation, you'll have the chance to talk about your health concerns with your provider.
Yes, every patient needs to complete a telehealth appointment with a licensed provider. This allows us to personalize your treatment and ensure it’s tailored to your medical history and health needs. This encounter can take place synchronously or asynchronously.
We currently operate in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin. We're constantly expanding to new states! If your state isn't listed during sign-up, check back soon or reach out to our support team for the latest updates.

You can view, reschedule, or cancel your appointments through the Tuyo Health platform by accessing the "Appointments" section in your account.
Log in to your Tuyo Health account and navigate to the "Account Information/Profile" section to update your personal details, including your contact information and shipping address.
Once your healthcare provider has reviewed your medical information and prescribes medication, a Tuyo Health partner pharmacy will process and ship the medication directly to your home. You’ll receive tracking information to monitor your shipment.
Once prescribed, you’ll receive detailed information about your medication, including how it works, dosage instructions, and any important information. You will receive information about risks, benefits and alternatives to treatment with the medication. This includes information about common side effects and potential serious adverse events.
If you are experiencing side effects and it’s not an emergency, use the Tuyo portal to contact your healthcare provider for guidance. In case of a life-threatening reaction, call 911 immediately.
Our weight loss program is here to help those who’ve had difficulty reaching a healthy weight with diet and exercise alone. GLP-1 medications can assist by controlling appetite, decrease cravings, and giving you the support needed to achieve your health needs.
Your provider will prescribe medications based on your unique health needs, such as GLP-1 medications. The medication will be determined after a comprehensive review of your medical information. You may be presented with different alternatives to treatment and these will be explained to you in greater detail.
Weight loss medications often work by reducing appetite and increasing feelings of fullness. GLP1 medications also decrease cravings.
Medications may include treatments like minoxidil or finasteride, depending on the needs of our patients. These may be topical formulations that you apply on the scalp or tablets to take orally.

Medications for ED may include sildenafil, tadalafil, or compounded formulations tailored to your specific health needs.
ED medications increase blood flow, enabling and sustaining erections in response to sexual stimulation.
Depending on your program, lab work may include metabolic panels, hormone tests, and other diagnostics necessary to monitor your health and guide your treatment plan.
Pricing depends on the program, and all costs are clearly outlined upfront without any hidden fees. For products that involve a subscription, clear pricing information will be given to you before you enroll. Any discounts for multi-month subscriptions will include the total quantity paid and cadence of scheduled payments.
We accept insurance for out-of-network claims for our primary care services, allowing you to use your insurance card to help cover medication costs through your pharmacy benefits. Other programs we offer are cash-pay only, as Tuyo manages medication fulfillment directly.
No, all fees are clearly displayed for the program. You will only pay the flat monthly fee as shown on the website.
Yes, you can cancel anytime through your account in the portal. Cancellations are effective immediately and you won’t be billed for any services past the cancellation date.
The cost of medication is included in your monthly fee unless otherwise specified during your consultation. If the medication is prescribed at a higher dose requiring an additional cost, this will be clearly stated on the portal.
